Originally built in 1973 this home was one story and named "Laurel-Ly." In the late 80s a second story was built. In 2002 a second story carriage house was added to the garage. The current owner, who has owned the house for the past decade, is continuing the process of tastefully upgrading the house with contemporary amenities and decor. The iron work and garden give the exterior an ambiance of New Orleans. The interior is spacious and comfortable.
